The Overwhelmed Vet Podcast
Ep. 73: Experience - but with intention
“I’m not experienced enough".
This is such a vague statement, because - enough for what?
When ARE you experienced enough?
How many procedures do you need to do to be experienced “enough”? Why?
When I coach vets I so often see them being thrown around by random thoughts, and they react without any INTENTION behind their actions.
It’s like saying “I should really lose some weight”. Ok, why exactly? How much? What are 3 things you can start doing right now?
Or “I need more money”
VAGUE statements will give you VAGUE results, and an unsatisfying life.
This episode gives you a lot of examples of where we trip ourselves up and stay stuck because we lack intention behind our actions, and also burn ourselves out because of vague statements like “I need to study more”.
