Not feeling respected, someone belittling you, management not firing rude clients, colleagues gossiping non stop; you might not feel safe at all!
You need to take care of yourself first and foremost, and in this episode I give you my top 5 tools to make sure you know when someone is gaslighting you, when it’s time to get out of there, and how you can trust yourself.
DON’T stay in a place that’s bringing you down! Just like we know we should leave a toxic relationship, you need to make sure you don’t stay somewhere that makes you forget what an amazing human you are.
