People always ask me how I get so much done and my first thought is always “huh? I don’t do that much, do I really?”. 

But YES, I DO, and I think it’s time I share how I get things done with almost no stress (I can’t say zero stress, I’m still human).

When we’re wanting to do things in our lives such as:

  • Work out/do yoga/other physical activity during the week
  • Meal prep
  • Finish work on time
  • Write a book
  • Set up a side business
  • Spend more time with our kids
  • Stop checking emails before bed

And we end up beating ourselves up because the week flies by and we got NOTHING of it done, AGAIN, there are 3 main reasons for this.

In this podcast I go through these 3 reasons so you can understand WHY this is a struggle for you, and I’ll walk you through a mindset shift so you can get started on organizing your life in a sustainable way that works for YOU.
